The chalet is located at an altitude of 1700 m at the entrance of the Val d'Hérens. It is suitable for up to five persons. If you are looking for rest, serenity and freshness, this is the perfect place for it.

The east-facing terrace provides a splendid view - to the north far into the Bernese Oberland as well as to the south deep into the inner valley with the majestic Dent Blanche (4357m).

The bright living room includes the dining table in front of the open kitchen and - separated by the fireplace - the couch with the satellite TV.

The open kitchen provides an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric water kettle and toaster.

There are three sleeping rooms in total, two of which are equipped with a double bed (180cm) and one with a single bed (140cm).

At the ground floor there ist a small bathroom with shower and WC right next to a small sauna. Next to the sleeping rooms at the first floor there is a bigger bathroom with a bathtub.
Further Information
The house is only limitedly suitable for toddlers because of the unsecured fireplace, unsecured sockets and a steep hillside amongst others.
The house is equipped with photovoltaics and heat pump, in addition, there is a fireplace in the living room.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring pets.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke throughout the entire house.
There is a washing machine for you to use. Bed linens are provided for, bath and kitchen towels must be brought along.
Free WiFi is available, but no TV.
Activities
Summer
Summer offers a lot of possibilities, reaching from easy hikes to high alpine tours to the 4000m summits of the Valais. In addition, there are many options for bicycle trips and other outdoor activities. For further information please visit the Val d'Hérens website (see below). Apart from that, relaxing on terrace is always an excellent option!
Winter
The ski bus to the nearby skiing area "4 Vallées" departs at a walking distance of 150m from the house, the ski lift station is located at approximately 4km. More information about the skiing area can be found under the link below. If you prefer more tranquility, you can find plenty of options for ski tours and snowshoeing on signposted trails in the back of the valley.
